Where does the name Us by Us come from? Us by Us, originally was a descriptive name for the gallery space and its mission to open opportunities to a small collective to display their wares. Us by Us has grown to encapsulate the same original intentions while being more accessible to the larger world.  

Where are you based? Us by Us is now headquartered in Covington Kentucky a neighbor of Cincinnati. This is where we stock and ship all of our items.  

How do I change or cancel my order? Please email us at hello@usby.us with your order number & requested changes. We fulfill our orders super quickly, but will do our best to make these happen!

What are your return policies? All returns are taken on a case-by-case basis. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

What can I use to pay for my order? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
