Where are you based? Us by Us is now headquartered in Covington Kentucky a neighbor of Cincinnati. This is where we stock and ship all of our items.
How do I change or cancel my order? Please email us at hello@usby.us with your order number & requested changes. We fulfill our orders super quickly, but will do our best to make these happen!
What are your return policies? All returns are taken on a case-by-case basis. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
What can I use to pay for my order? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
I’d like to feature Us by Us or one of it’s collections, who do I contact? Email us at hello@usby.us. We will review your request and be in touch if we think it would be a good fit.
